If any of the photos I’ve submitted are selected as finalists, I give Nutmeg Portuguese Water Dog Club the right to publish the photo(s) in the calendar with the understanding that for this right there will be no fees, remuneration or any other compensation transmitted to me, the owner of the dog(s) if I am not the owner or the photographer. Further, I give Nutmeg PWD Club the right to publish the owner’s name, the dog's name and the photographer's name. I also understand that Nutmeg PWD Club may use the photo(s) in promotional materials directly related to the calendar. I confirm that I am the owner or authorized agent of the dog and I have permission from the photographer to allow Nutmeg PWD Club to publish the photo.
